Dershowitz Says There Is No Crime With Trump and Russia

22 May 2017

This is a must watch if you are interested in the truth.

Dershowitz, who proudly supported Clinton in the election, says the only reason we are having this investigation and the special council is to protect reputations – not because of illegalities. Even if Trump shared information with Russia, it may be unethical, but it is not a crime.

Tony Podesta… Lobbied For Russia to Get Sanctions Removed

8 Mar 2017

EXCLUSIVE: Dem Super-Lobbyist Podesta Got $170K to End US Sanctions On Russian BankThe Daily Caller

Democrat super-lobbyist Tony Podesta was paid $170,000 over a six-month period last year to represent Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank, seeking to end one of the Obama administration’s economic sanctions against that country, The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group has learned.

Podesta is the brother of John Podesta, who was the national campaign chairman for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s losing 2016 campaign for the presidency. Former President Barack Obama imposed the sanctions following the Russian seizure of the Crimean region of Ukraine in 2014.

The Sberbank-Podesta relationship goes back many years. Sberbank was the lead financial institution in the Russian deal to purchase Uranium One, owned by one of Bill Clinton’s closest friends, Frank Giustra.

Barack Obama’s close confidante Valerie Jarrett has moved into his new DC home, which is now the nerve center for their plan to mastermind the insurgency against President Trump – UK Daily Mail

And Obama is being aided in his political crusade by his longtime consigliere, Valerie Jarrett, who has moved into the 8,200-square-foot, $5.3-million Kaloroma mansion with the former president and Michelle Obama, long time best friends.

‘He was weary and burned out after eight years in office. But Valerie convinced him that he didn’t have any choice if he wanted to save his legacy. And, as usual, he bowed to Valerie’s political wisdom and advice.’

Obama doesn’t make a decision without her.’

Seems strange to me to be living with them, but whatever…

President Obama Creating Executive Orders

18 Aug 2014

Behind Closed Doors, Obama Crafts Executive Actions – NY Times

This is a red flag. I know on occasion that presidents create executive orders – in fact Obama has created less than Bush and Clinton even though he still has over two years to go, but the main problem is stated in the article…

Since then, the process of drafting what will likely be the only significant immigration changes of his presidency — and his most consequential use of executive power — has been conducted almost entirely behind closed doors, where lobbyists and interest groups invited to the White House are making their case out of public view.

Mr. Obama’s increasingly expansive appetite for the use of unilateral action on issues including immigration, tax policy and gay rights has emboldened activists and businesses to flock to the administration with their policy wish lists. It also has opened the president, already facing charges of executive overreach, to criticism that he is presiding over opaque policy-making, with the potential to reward political backers at the expense of other interests, including some on the losing side who are threatening to sue.

What should happen is people have Representatives and Senators that we appeal to for legislation. But now that President Obama has been creating legislation on his own… big money lobbyists and interest groups have gone straight to the White House to make their petitions.

California State Senator Accused of Bribery, Office Raided by FBI

4 Dec 2013

FBI bribery probe at California statehouse roils Democratic ranks ahead of 2014 elections

The federal investigation of a powerful California Democratic senator has roiled the state capital with accusations involving bribery, Hollywood and FBI dirty tricks that threaten to impact next year’s elections.

The six-year-long investigation was made public in June when FBI agents raided the offices of Sen. Ron Calderon.

Calderon was in fact targeted for taking $88,000 in bribes — $28,000 from a Long Beach hospital executive and $60,000 from a FBI agent posing as a Los Angeles movie executive — in exchange for supporting favorable legislation, according to a FBI affidavit obtained by Al Jazeera America and made public in October.

Calderon attorney Mark Geragos argues in the 161-page document that the agency “engaged in a campaign to smear the reputation of Sen. Calderon and convict him in the press and public.” However, it doesn’t appear to provide specific evidence to support the claim.

Big Food and Chemical Spend $22 Million to Block Washington Proposal

29 Oct 2013

Food giants pour millions into defeating Washington GMO label measure – Reuters

Major U.S. food and chemical companies are pouring millions of dollars into efforts to block approval of a ballot initiative in Washington state that would make it the first in the United States to require labeling of foods containing genetically modified crops.

Voters will decide whether many common grocery items containing ingredients from genetically altered crops should be labeled as such.

Supporters say labeling foods made from genetically modified organisms (GMO) would provide information for consumers to make informed shopping choices. Food and chemical companies say the wording would suggest something is wrong with gene modified ingredients that the companies believe are safe.

The Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), which represents more than 300 food and beverage companies, has put roughly $11 million into fighting the measure, or roughly half of the nearly $22 million raised by opponents of labeling, according to Washington Public Disclosure Commission figures as of Tuesday.

A consortium that includes General Mills, Nestle USA , PepsiCo, Monsanto,, DuPont and other corporate giants, are the key contributors to the nearly $22 million raised to campaign against the bill.
